Recipe for my delicious Greek salad
Preparation time: 10-20 minutes cooking
Ingredients for 6 people
1 red onion, 1 tablespoon dried oregano, black pepper, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 dlolive oil, 6 great tomato, 1 tsp sugar, pinch of sea salt, 1 large fennel bulb, 130 grams of black olives, 400 g feta, juice of one lemon , possibly 1 head romaine lettuce.
Cut the red onion into thin slices. Put it in a glass bowl or measuring cup and sprinklethe oregano and some pepper. Pour the vinegar and oil over it, toss well, cover withplastic wrap and let it stand at least 2 hours.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, each quarter again into quarters lengthwise. Sprinkle the sugar and salt over it and let it stand.
Cut the fennel into thin slices. Put them in a bowl with the olives. Add the red onions andtomatoes (possibly lettuce), lemon juice and crumbled feta. Toss gently to combine.
